Russian attacks on civilian targets continue. Kyiv, Odesa — homes, a parking lot, a maternity hospital. These images will once again appear in media outlets around the world. Russia lies every day about wanting peace — and every day it targets civilians.

Our people are home. Ukrainians are returning home from Russian captivity. Today, an exchange began, which will continue in several stages over the coming days. Russia is escalating the war and has no intention of stopping it. Any escalation can only be stopped by force.
